To cancel your booking, contact us via any of the following:

Your cancellation request must include your booking confirmation number and the name used at time of booking. The cancellation timestamp is recorded at the moment we receive and confirm your request.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
• Dominican Cheap Tours does not charge cancellation fees for eligible refunds.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Modifications / Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a booking (change date or time) are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the original reservation time. Rescheduling is complimentary when done within this window and is subject to the same cancellation policy if the new date is subsequently cancelled.

5. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 10 or more passengers, a separate group cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us at time of booking to confirm the applicable terms.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Dominican Cheap Tours must cancel a booking due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure, affected customers will receive a full refund or be offered a complimentary reschedule. We will notify customers as soon as possible.
